Investment company looking to buy Fashion Square Mall

 Should ORLANDO, Florida, expect a wholesale investment in Tennessee to buy and make big changes to the Fashion Square Mall buyer Orlando.The Up is the design, specializing in the resurrection of the malls in trouble.

Until the construction of his plans for the shopping center is taciturn, but a quote on the company's website says it is obvious that the "mall needs an overhaul."

"Fashion Square and several other shopping centers in the area, indoor malls, a tough go so far as to hold the tenant had," said the University of Central Florida economist Sean Snaith.

Shopper Sissy Meyer said she went shopping at the mall Fashion Square since it opened 40 years ago.

"I think if you upgrade, you just make more people come into the stores and it's a positive," she said.

Snaith said he is considering a move to air shopping center in the center of mixed use along the lines of this development was to build Waterford Lakes in East Orange County.

The developer does not call back WFTV, but their website says, the company is hoping for a fait accompli before the end of the year.
