Hermes wins $ 100 million against counterfeiters

  Hermes has $ 100 million (€ 61.38m) Compensation earned by 34 other locations for selling fake Hermes goods, including fake watches.

The case was carried out in the United States and the court ruled against the sites that did not appear in court in order to represent themselves.

Pages advertises fake Hermes goods that had names like Hermesoutletstore.com, were convicted of federal trademark infringement and counterfeiting.

The sides had previous interim orders of the U.S. justice system prohibits them from selling counterfeit products ignored.

The Rules of Procedure now liquidated PayPal accounts held by the sites involved is to provide Hermes with the financial damage it has.

U.S. District Judge Denise Cote also found that sites like Google and Twitter classified by the support documents should be banned.
